We're building agentic solutions that automate complex, manual workflows across the patient treatment journey — replacing repetitive bureaucracy and multi-step processes with intelligent, automated flows.

We're looking for a strong software engineer with strong backend experience to join the team.

You'll build complete production solutions around AI — from backend architecture, integrations, orchestration and data flows to the user-facing experiences needed to make them work.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI-powered and agentic systems that automate complex healthcare workflows
• Own solutions end-to-end, from architecture and backend services to integrations and the UI needed to deliver the complete product
• Build complex backend systems that orchestrate actions across internal services, APIs, data sources, and external systems
• Use LLMs and AI capabilities to reason over information, make decisions, execute actions, and automate multi-step processes
• Design reliable execution flows, including observability, evaluation, guardrails, failure handling, and human-in-the-loop mechanisms
• Solve the engineering challenges involved in taking AI from a prototype to a reliable production system
• Work closely with Product to understand complex manual workflows and rethink how they can be automated
• they should receive.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5+ years of software engineering experience, with significant hands-on experience building complex backend systems
• Strong programming skills in Node.js, Python, or similar backend technologies
• Experience working with AWS or other cloud environments
• Strong system design and architecture skills, with experience building scalable, distributed production systems
• Experience integrating complex systems through APIs, services, data flows, and external systems
• Ability and willingness to own a product end-to-end, including working across the stack when needed
• Strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills
• High engineering standards and a strong ownership mindset
• Ability to learn quickly, experiment with new technologies, and turn them into robust production solutions
• Excellent communication skills and high level of English

Advantage:

• Experience building workflow automation or agentic systems
• Experience with agent orchestration, tool calling, evaluation, or AI observability
