We are searching for a Head Of Product Management to lead and manage a distributed team of Product Managers spanning Israel and NYC. This role reports to the VP of Product Management and Analytics. While the VP sets product strategy and owns product and analytics outcomes across the organization, the Director owns execution and outcomes for a defined set of product areas accountable for the results specific to that scope, which roll up into the outcomes owned by the VP.

Responsibilities:

• Own and drive product execution across the product areas within scope, ensuring delivery aligns with company strategy and priorities. 
• Lead, manage, and develop a distributed team of Product Managers across Israel and NYC. 
• Foster a product culture grounded in accountability, ownership and continuous learning.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams to support effective planning, prioritization, and delivery.
• Collaborate with customer-facing teams to ensure product decisions are informed by customer needs and real-world usage.
• Support PMs in translating product strategy into clear, actionable plans.
• Establish and maintain product management best practices, standards, and operating rhythms across the PM team.
• Drive consistency in discovery, prioritization, stakeholder communication, and delivery practices.
• Drive continuous improvement in how product teams operate and collaborate.
• Own hiring, onboarding, performance management and coaching for PMs within scope.
• Serve as the accountable product leader for your product areas, including for complex delivery or stakeholder challenges.

Responsibilities:

• ·10+ years of experience in Product Management managing B2B and/or B2B2C digital health products, with significant experience in the digital health or healthcare technology industry, where innovation, UX and customer adoption play a significant part., 
• Proven track record owning a product roadmap end-to-end and being held accountable for the business outcomes it produced (e.g.,funnel conversion, adoption, engagement, retention metrics)
• Proven experience leading a PM team, with strong people-management focus.
• Experience managing distributed teams across time zones/geographies, with the operating discipline (async communication, overlap-hour planning, documentation habits) that requires.
• Strong understanding of modern product management practices and methodologies.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders inbound and outbound, communicate complex concepts, clear course of action, and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding analytical skills. 
• Experience working in agile development environments, with a strong grasp of product management methodologies, tools, and best practices
