Description
Tagaddod is looking for a talented Backend Developer with expertise in PHP and Laravel to join our innovative Software Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining high-quality server-side components for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our applications are robust, scalable, and perform seamlessly for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and maintain backend services and APIs using PHP and Laravel
- Collaborate with frontend developers and designers to create seamless integrations between client and server-side components
- Participate in architecture and design discussions to develop scalable and maintainable systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to performance and scalability of applications
- Write clear and concise documentation for developed features and APIs
- Engage in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong focus on PHP and Laravel
- Solid understanding of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git
- Good communication and teamwork skills
