As our first Implementation Lead, you will take over and lead a growing team of currently 5, to build up a scaling implementation journey for our customers.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with the Customer Success, Product, Data, and Engineering teams. This role requires a strong execution mindset , visionary thinking, and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementation Coordination & Quality Assurance:
- Optimize the handover process and align closely with Customer Success to facilitate seamless implementations.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization in the onboarding process and implement solutions cross functionally.
- Develop a vision for technically hands-off implementations and progressively realize it.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to ensure the Solutions Engineering team has all resources in place.
- Drive structural improvements to reduce onboarding time and enhance quality.
- Develop and manage an effective system for planning capacity and managing team workload.
- Coordinate with Sales to anticipate customer onboarding needs and allocate tasks efficiently.
- Create a strategy to attract, onboard, and develop top talent.
- Lead performance reviews and foster a collaborative team culture.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of processes and knowledge.
- Develop a pre-sales function to support Sales in customer acquisition.
- Create pre-sales materials and set clear expectations for customer onboarding requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in software implementation, ideally with a focus on building scalable systems.
- Strong project management skills with hands-on experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and process improvement.
- Execution Focus: Pragmatic and results-oriented approach to managing tasks and solving problems.
- Visionary Thinking: Ability to question existing processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Communication: Strong communicator, comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders. Confident in representing positions and rallying team support.
- Ideally experience with SAP or other ERP systems
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in German (C1 or native) and English.
