We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior HR Process Automation Engineer to join our team. In this technical role, you will be responsible for automating business processes, integrating disparate systems, and developing robust audit and reporting tools. You will work closely with internal teams to design scalable, efficient, and maintainable solutions that enhance operational efficiency. If you have strong programming skills, experience with system integrations, and a deep understanding of business process automation, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Senior HRIS Developer, you will:

  • Design and implement automation solutions for various business functions, with a strong emphasis on HR processes, using Python and other relevant tools.
  • Build and enhance non-native integrations between different HR systems, ensuring accurate data flow and minimizing errors.
  • Develop automated auditing systems to detect and resolve data inconsistencies. Create dynamic reports tailored to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Seamlessly incorporate new software solutions into the existing IT and HR ecosystem based on business requirements.
  • Produce comprehensive technical documentation and provide necessary training materials to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Work with business analysts, HR teams, and senior management to understand requirements, present solutions, and refine approaches based on feedback.
