Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations Management: Working on all aspects of HR operations, including payroll processing, benefits administration, performance management, employee onboarding/offboarding, and HRIS management.
2. Policy Development and Compliance: Assist the HRBP in developing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
3. Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support to foster a positive work environment and resolve employee issues effectively.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to inform decision-making.
5. Continuous Improvement: Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across HR operations.
