Description
The IT Support Engineer will provide technical assistance and support to ensure the effective operation of the company's IT systems. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, configuring and maintaining computer systems, and assisting users with technical problems.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first and second-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
  • Document and track support requests using the ticketing system.
  • Conduct user training and provide guidance on IT best practices.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless operation of IT services.
  • Participate in IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
