This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. What You’ll Do

Get ready for an exciting opportunity to contribute to real projects that shape the future of our company! You’ll collaborate with business partners, help create features, and work closely with architects and development leads. From crafting user stories to ensuring we meet key requirements, your contributions will be crucial in driving our initiatives forward. Your work will directly impact our projects and the direction of T-Mobile, and we can’t wait for you to make your mark!

Key Responsibilities

• Create Key Performance Indicators to help us prioritize effectively
• Collaborate with Product Managers to ensure our Payments team is focused on the right initiatives
• Engage with multiple teams to influence project direction and outcomes
• Work with leadership at all levels to share your insights and ideas

What It Takes

• A passion for product or program management
• Basic technical understanding
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Payments knowledge is a bonus, but it’s not necessary—what matters most is your enthusiasm to learn!

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR  be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
