This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

What It’s Like

Our Systems and IP Solutions Automation team is dedicated to creating full stack solutions that streamline processes and enhance performance.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy full stack applications.

• Support the integration of new technologies and methodologies into existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development of scalable and efficient software solutions for engineering workflows.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

• Write and maintain technical documentation for software applications and development processes.

• Learn and apply new programming languages, tools, and standard processes in software engineering.

What It Takes

• Experience with Programming languages such as Python, React, JavaScript, Node.js

• Analytical and Critical Thinking Abilities

• Hold a mindset of continuous improvement and look for opportunities to bring value or achieve efficiency.

• Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR  be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program in Computer Science

• At least 18 years of age

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR  be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program

• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
