This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

What It's Like:

The intern will work in the PODS – DE [Platform Orchestration & Data Services – Data Engineering] Team, on gathering requirements across different leaders in the organization and revamp the Team SharePoint, Confluence, Jira,  Gitlab code repository, produce templates and standards. In the process get exposure to the different technologies used in the PODS team.

What you'll Do:

The intern will work in the PODS – DE [Platform Orchestration & Data Services – Data Engineering] Team, on gathering requirements across different leaders in the organization and revamp the Team SharePoint, Confluence, Jira,  Gitlab code repository, produce templates and standards. In the process get exposure to the different technologies used in the PODS team.

Skills:
•             Familiarity working with a cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP)
•             Python, Perl, SQL
•             UI/UX design and PX (HTML, CSS, Markdown, Javascript)
•             Self-Motivated, creative and a good team player.

Key Responsibilities:

Revamp the Team SharePoint, Confluence, Jira,  Gitlab code repo documentation

Produce templates and standards for documentation utilizing Wiki like sites

Create a Markdown template to be included for our Gitlab Repositories by default (readme.md)

What It Takes:

Proficient with writing and communication

Ability to create UX experiences that understands the consumer and publishes information in the best way for consumption

Quickly learn new technology terms and document them

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

• Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR  be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program

• Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
