This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

You'll dive into data-driven projects that directly impact our learning and development initiatives. From analyzing current project workflows to leading industry trend research, your work will help shape the future of learning at T-Mobile. You'll be an integral part of the team, providing valuable insights and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management and Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage and coordinate projects within the Learning and Development team, working closely with various teams to understand and identify how we can utilize data more effectively. Facilitate collaboration across teams to identify areas that we can enhance data-informed decision making and ensure the successful execution of learning initiatives.
  • Analyze Shared Service Workflows: Evaluate and analyze current shared service project workflows, provide readouts on the current health, and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Program Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from specific learning projects, programs, or sets of programs to provide key insights and drive better learning outcomes.
  • Industry Trend Research: Lead projects to identify industry trends and future success measures for learning organizations and compare current measurements to industry standards to identify gaps and suggest new measures for implementation.

What It Takes

  • Education: Currently enrolled in a 1st Year Master’s Program, or a Junior/Senior year of an undergraduate program.
  • Experience: Experience or coursework in project management, data analysis, statistics, or related fields.
  • Skills:
    • Strong skills in data collection, management, and analysis.
    • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar.
    • Excellent data storytelling and presentation skills.
    • Solid problem-solving abilities.
    • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Mindset: A passion for continuous learning and development, with a proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships
  • Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

    Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

    Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
