This is a 11-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. We invite you to come innovate with mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills. You’ll contribute your creativity and outstanding ideas, while working alongside T-Mobile employees. We’ll give you hands-on projects and the chance to create an immediate impact.

The Data & AI Education organization plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the right skills and knowledge to thrive in an AI-driven future. We run several high-impact initiatives that bring AI literacy, specialized learning, and innovation into every corner of our business.

What You’ll Do

  • Help design and create AI learning tracks customized for different roles and business units, enabling employees to gain AI literacy specific to their work needs.
  • Assist in organizing AI innovation sprints, hackathons, and idea generation workshops that promote AI-driven solutions within T-Mobile
  • Work with cross-functional teams to capture new AI use case ideas and support their development.
  • Contribute to the development of AI literacy curriculum tailored to specific business units by understanding their workflows, needs, and challenges.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to align AI education with real-world business scenarios.
  • Help define and track the success metrics for various AI education and innovation programs.
  • Assist in creating dashboards and reports to measure progress and ROI of AI initiatives
  • Assist in the development of AI literacy assessments to help identify current skills gaps within the organization
  • Support in designing data-driven strategies for personalized learning and upskilling paths for employees.
  • Support in the expansion and engagement of the AI Champions Network across different business units
  • Assist in organizing workshops, webinars, and events for AI evangelists within the organization.

What It Takes

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business, Educational Technology, or a related field.
  • A strong interest in AI, machine learning, and its applications in business.
  • Strong Program and Project management experience
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience or familiarity with creating learning content or educational programs is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and frameworks.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or project management platforms

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
