We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with expertise in Azure, Databricks, Snowflake and Machine Learning to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building scalable data pipelines, as well as experience in large-scale data analysis, machine learning, and mathematical modeling. We collaborate on analysis, architecture, design, and development of data warehouse and business analytics solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop data engineering solutions, including data pipelines, visualization and analytical tools
- Craft and develop data architectures in on-premises, cloud and hybrid platforms
- Data wrangling of heterogeneous data, exploration and discovery in pursuit of new business insights
- Actively contribute to the team’s knowledge and drive new capabilities forward
- Mentor team members in efforts to build data their engineering skillsets
- Assist team management in defining projects, including helping estimate, plan and scope work
- Prepare and contribute to presentations required by management
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 5 years developing cloud solutions using data series; experience with cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Hands-on development using and migrating data to cloud platforms
- Experience in SQL, NoSQL, and/or relational database design and development
- Sophisticated knowledge and experience in building sophisticated data pipelines with Python, Experience in languages such as SQL, DAX Python, Java, Scala, and/or Go
- Hands-on experience with Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) for data integration, data quality, and master data management.
- Experience in mastering Customers and Locations, including data modeling, hierarchy management, and data quality improvements.
- Familiarity with cloud-based MDM solutions and their implementation in enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data lineage, and metadata management within MDM frameworks.
- Experience working with large-scale datasets and real-time data processing in MDM ecosystems.
- Analytical approach to problem-solving; ability to use technology to tackle business problems
- Proven understanding of message queuing, stream processing, and highly scalable ‘big data’ data stores
- Ability to lead work across multiple projects, good interpersonal skills
- Passionate about learning new technologies

Base Pay Range: $105,100 - $189,600Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
