Responsibilities:
- Leads cross-functional teams to define product features, requirements, and business rationale
- Analyzes user feedback and market trends to ensure product offerings are innovative and competitive
- Collaborates with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to optimally bring products to market
- Shapes the vision and strategy of new technological products aligning with market demands and user needs

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 7+ yrs Relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment
- 4-7 years leading cross-functional teams in a technical environment
- 4-7 years Advanced level understanding and analysis of market trends and customer feedback to craft product strategy
- Product Management Expertise defining and coordinating the development of product features and requirements to meet market demands.
- Cross Functional Relationships Ability to lead and collaborate with teams across different departments such as engineering, marketing, and sales.
- Strategic Thinking Capability to formulate and implement strategies that align with the company's technological and business goals.
- Analytics Proficiency in analyzing market trends and user feedback to guide product innovation.
- Leadership Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire cross-functional teams towards achieving product objectives.
- Communication Excellent interpersonal skills for effective partnership and presentation to partners.
- Problem Solving Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve sophisticated issues during the product development lifecycle.
- Customer Focus: Strong orientation towards understanding and prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction.
- Technology Management Knowledge of leading the integration and implementation of technology solutions.
- Change Management Skills managing and leading change within the organization, particularly related to new product introductions.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
- Master's/Advanced Degree Business Administration, Computer Science, or Product Management preferred.
Licenses and Certifications (Preferred):
- Certified Product Manager (CPM): Certification by the Association of International Product Marketing and Management (AIPMM) that validates knowledge in product management and lead product teams.
- Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO): Certification that demonstrates a deep understanding of Scrum practices and the role of a Product Owner in the Scrum framework.
- Certified Technology Manager (CTM): Certification that focuses on the management of technology products and teams, emphasizing leadership in technological environments.

Base Pay Range: $134,300 - $242,200Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
