Overview:In this role, 20-30% of your time will be dedicated to nurturing and maintaining solution partner relationships across the region. This involves regular communication to ensure goal alignment, sharing product updates, and identifying new collaboration opportunities. You will also coordinate and execute partner roadshows to demonstrate product capabilities and strengthen partner engagement, requiring meticulous planning, logistics, presentation pre-preparation, and follow-up.
Additionally, you will handle operational tasks such as generating multi-location coverage reports in support of Solutions Engineers in the region and processing technical tasks for both sales and Regional SEs in support of demonstrating T-Mobile for Business solutions. Coverage reports involve analyzing service data to identify support gaps, while managing Static IP Requests ensures partners and customers have the necessary network resources.
The remaining 70-80% of your role focuses on driving solution product demonstrations and sales results. You will showcase products to potential and existing customers, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Your expertise will be crucial in creating compelling demo environments and addressing technical questions.
By supporting Sales Engineers (SEs) of additional meetings, you enable them to focus on strategic initiatives, engage deeply with key accounts, and identify new business opportunities, driving growth and customer satisfaction. Your role balances partner relationship management with impactful product demonstrations, streamlining processes, enhancing experiences, and supporting sales and Solutions Engineering teams in achieving their goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-Sales Activities:
Aligns to support an SMB sales team in-market.
Participate in customer meetings, primarily face to face.
Facilitate coverage analysis and review with customers.
Discuss and assist with processing In-Building coverage requests.
Uncover opportunities and recommend solutions
Understanding nuances and drivers
Design and architect services and solutions
Close technical hurdles
Prepare and present technical customer presentations
Present product roadmaps
Present network build-out plans.
Demonstrate wireless devices and solutions to customers.
Provide RFP technical input
Strategize with Sales team to improve Regional/National sales
Participate in account reviews with customers

Supports customer pilots.

Education:
- High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Work Experience:
- 2-4 years Experience in telecommunications, IT administration or network engineering roles with a professional track record of successful solution sales, managing internal/external relationships in a matrix environment.
