Specific tasks may include the creation, adaption, or revision of detailed schematics, hardware and software selections, and implementation techniques and processes. You'll perform, evaluate, or interpret network simulation, test results, and innovative technology studies. Responsibilities:
- Technical System Expertise: Understand how systems operate, the benefits of current technology, high level of connectivity understanding, and Scientific method.
- Technical Engineering Services: Participates in engineering projects by adapting and applying engineering techniques; conducting tests and inspections; preparing reports and calculations. Participates in activities crafted to validate, improve, and optimize network architecture. Performs validation tests and inspection techniques and documents results.
- Innovation: Understands and shares new insights which improve an existing system/process/service. Question and express new points of view based on independent study of the industry. Review current company processes to highlight questions that may drive process refinement.
- Technical Writing: Maintains knowledge of existing technology documents. Maintains clear documentation on systems and services used. Documenting system architecture, strategies, design standards and business requirements.
- Technical Leadership: Collaborates with technical team to deliver technical solutions. Continuously learns new technologies. Ability to offer and communicate ideas and opinions. Ability to learn technologies being used. Awareness of technology roadmap, architecture, design strategies and standards.
- Technology Strategy: Updates job knowledge by understanding and learning emerging engineering practices.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 0-2+ Years Technical engineering experience
- Focus: Able to communicate goals in support of the business' mission. (Required)

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
