Who are we looking for?

We seek a technical-orientated, out-of-the-box thinking Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services group.

What will you be doing?

  • Design and execute the technical implementation of clients' catalogs.
  • Customize client configuration to meet business needs and KPIs.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide resolution to the Syte Support Team.
  • Work closely with and advise our Professional Services Engineers regarding catalog implementation solutions.
  • Take an active role in improving and optimizing Syte’s AI model to meet client needs.

What will you need?

  • Up to 2 years in implementation/configuration/technical support roles
  • Technical background or related degree (C.S, Engineering)
  • Fluent English - verbal and written
  • Basic scripting and coding skills - Advantage
  • Familiarity with Excel, SQL - Advantage
