Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide Visitor Control Support, Carrier Support, Classified Material Management, Administrative Support, Guard Services Support (fixed and patrol) to NIWC Pacific, Pearl City Hawaii.

Responsibilities and Duties

- Demonstrated experience within the last two (2) years of processing incoming visit requests using the Defense Information System for Security (DISS).
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience preparing, processing, and documenting the transfer of incoming and outgoing classified materials. The candidate must specifically cite their experience applying the procedures outlined in DODI 5200.01 and SECNAV M-5510.36. This includes processing courier card requests and conducting destruction of classified materials. 
- Demonstrated proficiency in performing administrative support functions. The candidate must describe their experience performing data entry into management information systems, creating and editing technical documents, and managing official vehicle scheduling and maintenance logs.
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Power Point, Access and Adobe Acrobat.
- Demonstrated experience, within the last five (5) years, conducting physical and visual security inspections. The candidate's resume must cite specific past performance in detecting unsecured facilities, identifying safety hazards, and formally documenting/reporting vulnerabilities or conditions that could result in damage or injury.
