Job Description
QTP Developer - Contract position for an Automated Testing Framework Developer with Quality Center and Quick Test Pro (QTP).
- Design, document and develop reusable automated testing solutions based on requirements.
- Develop custom function / classes / sub-routines and standalone utilities to support automated testing solutions.
- Develop automated testing solutions using QTP and data-driven techniques.
Qualifications
Primary Requirements - QTP Automated Testing Framework Developer:
- 10 years QuickTest Professional (QTP) automation experience ( QTP GURU )
- 10 years VBScript experience
- Experience with test automation development for end-to-end testing
- Scripting experience with XML and SQL statements
- Understanding of testing and development life cycle methodologies
Secondary Requirements:
- Experience with the development of automated end-to-end testing framework
- Strong knowledge of Object Oriented Programming
- Experience with testing both front-end applications and back-end systems
- Experience with Mainframe applications will be an asset
