Job Description

Ā 

  • Work with Sales and customers to develop tailored solutionsĀ 

  • Participate in customer facing meetings and pre-sales process to align strategies and determine business and technical requirements that will be used in developing solutions or solutionĀ 
    alternatives that map within Companies capabilitiesĀ 

  • Provide highly skilled technical assistance in completing network planning, engineering, and architectureĀ 

  • Perform design, research and development of LAN/WAN solutions for SME/Production networksĀ 

  • Recommend Network modifications to configurationsĀ 

  • Provide high-level support and rapid resolution to network problemsĀ 

  • Provide technical leadership role with in assigned client organizations to review new installations and changes to services and infrastructures, ensuring that a holistic network perspective is taken into consideration with respect to standards, practices, technology, vendors and solutionsĀ 

  • Provide engineering leadership on all design and standards issues; including analysis, development and implementation, as well as training and mentoring of technologies and standards to account representativesĀ 

  • Provide supporting documentation to solutions.Ā 

Qualifications

  • Strong Layer 2 & 3 Networking SkillsĀ 
  • Excellent presentation, communication & customer interaction skillsĀ 
  • Cisco certified with a good understanding and experienceĀ 
  • Understanding and experience with Fiber technologiesĀ 
  • Understanding and experience on security technologiesĀ 
  • University degree within an Information Systems or Engineering disciplineĀ 
  • Experience in creating statements of work and assessment documents for professional services;Ā 
  • Minimum of three years experience in conception, management, and implementation of IT related projectsĀ 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsĀ 
  • Bilingual (French and English)Ā 
  • Excellent process skills and exceptional attention to, and management of detailsĀ 
  • Excellent initiative and outstanding work ethicĀ 
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skillsĀ 
  • Knowledge of sales process and business operations related to ITĀ 
  • Available for travelling to Toronto.Ā 
  • Requirement: Cisco CCIE, CCNP, CCNA, CCSP and/or CCVPĀ
