Project Manager, Computer Vision & AED

Summary Description:

Syntiant Corp., a leader in the high-growth AI software and semiconductor solutions space, has entered into an agreement to acquire a large, multi-national sensor business with global revenues in excess of $250 million per year, and is looking for a motivated and detailed-oriented Project Manager of Computer Vision & AED to take on a critical role with expansive responsibilities and play a leading role in enhancing the AI Software function in a growing organization.

The Project Manager of Computer Visons & AED will be responsible for supporting customer-facing AI software integrations within our organization. This role will assist in planning, executing, and monitoring complex AI projects, ensuring timely delivery while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with sales leaders, senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate communication between technical and non-technical teams, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
• Track project progress, risks, and issues, and report updates to sales and engineering stakeholders.
• Support resource allocation, budgeting, and cost tracking for AI projects.
• Facilitate team meetings, document action items, and follow up on task completion.
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and best practices.
• Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and business teams to align AI solutions with company objectives.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with ethical AI standards and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in project management in complex hardware and software integration or AI/ML.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of AI concepts, machine learning, and data science is a plus.
• PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications are a plus but not required.
