You Are:
You are an adaptable and resourceful engineering leader experienced in integrated circuit design and ASIC project management. You thrive in cross-functional teams, take initiative, and consistently deliver quality results. With a strong technical foundation and proven leadership skills, you are passionate about innovation and process improvement, and you excel at balancing technical depth with clear communication and collaboration.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Manage the development and delivery of high-speed SerDes PHY IP projects.
- Lead cross-functional teams and define project roadmaps with R&D and Marketing.
- Identify resources, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Drive process improvements and team best practices.
- Collaborate on pre/post-sales support with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support.
- Provide regular status updates to management and customers.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
