R&D Engineering, Staff Engineer

Coverage Overview

• Research, build software that boosts engineering productivity and makes workflows more efficient.
• Create intelligent automation and AI-enabled tools to solve practical engineering problems.

Required Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor design, VLSI, physical design, layout, physical verification, or EDA processes.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in software development, automation, CAD, EDA, or a related engineering field.
• Strong programming ability and experience building scalable software applications.
• A solid foundation in software architecture, algorithms, data structures, and object-oriented design.
• Hands-on experience with AI workflows, agent-based systems, or intelligent automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Linux development, version control, and contemporary software engineering practices.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
