You have built a career managing complex technical programs where precision and strategic alignment determine success. Your expertise lies in translating technical complexity into executable roadmaps that deliver measurable outcomes. When evaluating AI-driven initiatives, you apply rigorous analysis to understand model requirements, data dependencies, latency constraints, and integration ownership, because you recognize that these details determine program viability.

You operate effectively at multiple levels, engaging with senior leadership on strategic alignment while working directly with engineering teams to resolve technical dependencies and program blockers. You bring structure and clarity to ambiguous environments without requiring complete information upfront. Your experience with Agentic AI and machine learning technologies extends beyond conceptual understanding to practical program execution in environments where both technology and requirements evolve continuously.

At Synopsys, you will lead technical programs that integrate AI capabilities into semiconductor design tools used throughout the industry.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead comprehensive execution of technical programs centered on Agentic AI and machine learning technologies across all program phases
• Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure program objectives align with organizational strategy and translate strategic vision into detailed technical execution plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including product management, engineering, IT, legal, and security to establish program scope, deliverables, and success metrics
• Develop and maintain detailed program plans that address AI/ML technical complexity, interdependencies, and evolving requirements
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and alignment across distributed teams while proactively identifying and resolving impediments to program progress
• Monitor program performance metrics, conduct risk assessments, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality standards

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field
• Minimum 8 years of experience managing large-scale technical programs with demonstrated success leading complex, multi-team initiatives
• Proven experience managing programs where artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative AI technologies were central to the solution
• Strong technical understanding of AI and ML systems, including model training, deployment processes, and production integration requirements
• Experience operating in agile development environments and managing programs with iterative requirement evolution
• Product management background is highly valued, particularly experience translating customer requirements into technical program specifications
• Familiarity with EDA tools or semiconductor industry experience is highly valued
