You Are:
You are a seasoned Project Program Manager with a passion for driving complex technical projects to successful completion. With over 10-25 years of relevant experience, you have a deep understanding of analog and digital design flows, IC manufacturing processes, and process technologies. You are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, recognizing and mitigating risks, and working proactively on contingency plans. Your exceptional communication, leadership, and teamwork skills enable you to coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams and geographical boundaries. You are process-oriented, with a strong emphasis on clear and documented communication, and you thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing Interface IP (e.g. USB, PCIe, DDR...) development for key programs and executing them against established commitments.

• Acting as the focal point of contact and coordinator for all external and internal communications to cross-functional teams.

• Planning and directing schedules, identifying and escalating issues, driving problems to resolution, and managing risks.

• Overseeing programs that may include new development or porting of different IPs to various process technology nodes.

• Organizing interdepartmental activities to ensure project completion on schedule and with high quality.

• Managing multiple projects simultaneously and working proactively on contingency plans.

What You’ll Need:

• BS/MS/PHD degree with 10-25+ years of relevant experience.

• Strong background and proven track record in program management in analog/digital design / IP.

• Understanding of IC manufacturing, process technology, design flow, and sign-off process.

• Experience with embedded memory and standard cell design is a plus.

• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and Excel.
