Job Description

Software Requirements:

• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) software, such as Appian, Pega, and IBM BPM
• Familiarity with workflow design and modeling tools, such as Visio and BPMN
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, and Python
• Knowledge of database systems, such as Oracle and SQL Server

Overall Responsibilities:

• Design and develop BPM solutions to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Develop and implement process workflows and models to streamline business operations
• Maintain and support BPM systems, including software upgrades and bug fixing
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for BPM systems
• Participate in the testing and quality assurance process for BPM solutions

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of BPM concepts and software
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong programming and scripting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience:

• XX years of experience in BPM and process automation
• Proven track record of delivering BPM projects

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Designing and developing BPM solutions to meet business requirements

• Developing and implementing process workflows and models to streamline business operations
• Maintaining and supporting BPM systems, including software upgrades and bug fixing
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for BPM systems
• Participating in the testing and quality assurance process for BPM solutions

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional certification in BPM software is a plus
