We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer - AI, where you'll be spearheading the development of cutting-edge AI-driven solutions tailored for the offensive security sector. This role demands a hands-on approach to designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models that address specific cybersecurity challenges, enhancing our product offerings and meeting our customers’ critical needs. You'll lead by example, mentoring junior engineers and promoting a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Please note: This is a remote position based in the U.S. We can only hire U.S. citizens for this position due to federal government contract requirements.

Here’s what you'll do

  • Design, implement and deliver scalable AI and machine learning solutions
  • Develop robust AI models capable of identifying vulnerabilities, automating penetration testing processes, workflow optimization and enhancing threat intelligence.
  • Own and drive the end-to-end development of AI product features from ideation to deployment,  monitoring and model management
  • Actively participate in and contribute to design and implementation of AI solutions, promoting best practices during the project lifecycle
  • Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and design sessions, sharing your expertise to uplift the team's capabilities.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers, encouraging professional growth and development
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into broader systems and applications

Here’s what you’ll need

  • 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a strong foundation in statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience in designing and implementing machine learning models and data pipelines in production environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of presenting findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proficient in Python and strong understanding of AI and machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g. Tensorflow, PyTorch)
  • Strong knowledge of data management systems, both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g.MongoDB). 
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

$145,000 - $235,000 p/y Salary is determined by a combination of factors including location, level, relevant experience, and skills. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. The compensation package for this position may also include equity, and benefits.
