What you'll be doing:
- Plan, execute and oversee cross-functional projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
- Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties for execution of projects.
- Measure project performance and impact using appropriate tools and systems.
- Lead projects that align with the company’s culture and impact goals.
- Develop and implement programs that promote internal engagement.
- Take ownership of special projects that will include employee engagement and external audiences.
What you need to have:
- 2-3 years of proven experience as Project Manager, ideally within HR and culture projects.
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Works with flexibility on handling different projects with different focus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and creative problem solving skills - specially oriented to the solution and not the path to make it work.
