Operations Project Manager (Portugal-based Remote/Hybrid)

What you'll be doing:

• Project Coordination and Execution: Develop project plans and timelines for each assigned project; coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met; provide regular updates to senior management.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency; regularly audit processes and assess its compliance and effectiveness; use data-driven insights to push on continuous improvement initiatives.
• AI-based initiatives: Oversee the implementation of AI-driven initiatives across relevant team projects; collaborate with AI and engineering teams to ensure successful integration and deployment; monitor and evaluate the performance of AI systems, making adjustments as necessary.
• Product Enablement and Delivery: Identify needs for product requests to tackle operational challenges and lead them in cooperation with the product team; design strategic processes to enhance operational efficiency and guarantee alignment with stakeholders;
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with the project stakeholders; facilitate meetings and updates of the projects; resolve issues or conflicts promptly.

What you need to have:

• 3 years of experience in project management tasks in your daily work, particularly in managing operational processes.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their implementation in business operations.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to think strategically and critically to drive process improvements.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
