Als ICT-Techniker:in für Videoüberwachung bei der Firma Swisscom Secure Vision AG bist Du verantwortlich für die Installation, Wartung und Instandhaltung moderner Videoüberwachungssysteme. Zu deiner täglichen Aufgaben gehören die Konfiguration der Systeme, die Fehlerdiagnose sowie die Schulung der Endanwender:innen. Die Stelle ist in Bern angesiedelt, mit Einsätzen in der gesamten Deutschschweiz. Du arbeitest eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um Projekte effizient, reibungslos und termingerecht umzusetzen.
Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Wartung von Videoüberwachungsanlagen
Fehleranalyse und -behebung bei technischen Störungen
Konfiguration und Optimierung von IT-gestützten Überwachungssystemen
Schulung und Unterstützung von Endnutzer:innen
Zusammenarbeit mit Projektteams und internen Schnittstellen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektverlaufs
Deine Skills:
Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Telematiker, Informatiker, Automatiker, Elektriker (EFZ)
Ausgeprägte Kunden-, Projekt- und Serviceorientierung
Fundierte IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Bereich Netzwerktechnik und Systemintegration
Erfahrung in der Installation und Wartung von Videoüberwachungssystemen
Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Problemlösungskompetenz
Hohe Flexibilität und Bereitschaft sowie einen Führerausweis Kat. B
