Du entwickelst moderne Anwendungen und Plattformen mit Fokus auf Backend-Technologien. In einem abwechslungsreichen Umfeld arbeitest du an innovativen Lösungen in den Bereichen AI, IoT, Monitoring und Sicherheit. Du begleitest Projekte End-to-end von der Konzeption bis zum Betrieb und übernimmst hohe technische Eigenverantwortung. Gemeinsam mit einem mittelgrossen Team pflegst du eine starke DevOps-Kultur und kurze Entscheidungswege.

• Entwicklung und Wartung von Backend-Services und Fullstack-Anwendungen
• Verantwortung für Architektur, Qualität und Performance
• Betrieb containerisierter Anwendungen und Orchestrierung
• Integration von Datenbanken, Messaging und Monitoring
• Viel Gestaltungsspielraum, enger fachlicher Austausch und End-to-end Verantwortung

Deine Skills

• Abschluss (ETH/Uni/FH/HF) in Informatik oder gleichwertig
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Fullstack Engineer mit Schwerpunkt Backend in Python und Java, von Vorteil Erfahrung im Frontend, in Datenanalyse und mit ersten AI-Agents
• Fundierte Praxis in Softwarearchitektur sowie in relationalen und NoSQL Datenbanken, mit Messaging-Systemen und im Netzwerkmonitoring
• Sicher im Umgang mit Containern, Orchestrierung und kontinuierlicher Integration und Auslieferung
• Engagiert, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert
• Teamfähig, kommunikativ und neugierig
• Freude an Zusammenarbeit und am Austausch mit der Kundschaft
• Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch; Französisch von Vorteil
