Senior ML Ops Engineer

−You enable the disruption-free operation and scaling of our ML infrastructure.
−You further develop the ML infrastructure by identifying pain points in the existing tool landscape and independently working out suitable solution designs.
−You develop and implement efficient CI/CD pipelines for Machine Learning projects and ensure seamless integration into existing processes.
− You work closely with various domain teams to understand and implement the needs of Data Scientists and Analytics stakeholders.
− You take responsibility for the security, performance, and reliability of the ML infrastructure.
− You promote best practices and innovation in the area of ML Ops and share your knowledge with the relevant domain and delivery teams.Education
− A tertiary degree in computer science, business informatics or a related field of study (FH, HF, Uni, ETH) or extensive, relevant professional experience.

Professional experience/expertise
− Several years of experience in Software Engineering (Python)
− Solid Background in the area of ML Ops, DevOps, or a comparable position.
− Experience in monitoring pipelines for application metrics and KPIs (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
− In-depth understanding of Machine Learning, Data Science, and the associated technologies and tools.
− Experience with Python as well as tools like Kubernetes, Docker, etc. is mandatory
− Knowledge in the architecture of analytical solutions, including the design of efficient and scalable ML applications on-prem and in the cloud (AWS, Azure).
− Understanding the Business (Exploratory analysis)

communication skills

Language skills
− English spoken and written
