The Role
As a Frontend Engineer, you’ll design and build the interfaces that let humans shape frontier AI models. You’ll craft elegant, high-performance web experiences that make complex data workflows intuitive and fast — from rich annotation dashboards to interactive agent simulations. You’ll own everything from UI architecture and design systems to performance optimization, collaborating closely with product, research, and operations to deliver tools that are both powerful and delightful to use. This role is ideal for someone who obsesses over smooth interactions, pixel-perfect details, and building responsive, reliable products that feel great to use.
Examples of Problems We're Solving
- How can we design intuitive, dynamic interfaces that let users explore entire simulated worlds—complete with fake Slack threads, Jira tickets, and interactive websites—while making it easy to visualize and debug what agents are doing inside them?
- How do we replicate the friction and unpredictability of the real web—ads, cookie banners, paywalls, error states—in ways that feel authentic and challenging for AI agents, without breaking immersion or usability?
