The Role
As a Growth Data Scientist,, you'll combine your passion for data analysis and experimentation to uncover opportunities, optimize processes, and drive impactful decisions that accelerate Surge’s growth.
What You’ll Do
- Focus on User Growth: Analyze and optimize the onboarding process for new contributors, user acquisition efficiency, and ensure seamless experiences that lead to healthy workforce growth, improved retention, and worker performance.
- Build Data-Driven Workflows: Develop data pipelines, dashboards, and tools to automate reporting, monitor campaign performance, and enable real-time insights.
- Identify Retention Strategies: Analyze behavioral patterns, workflows, and feedback to design strategies that boost long-term contributor satisfaction and engagement.
- Enhance Worker Experience: Use data to evaluate contributor feedback, identify pain points, and implement solutions that foster a productive and engaging environment.
