Description

As the Full Stack Developer you will design and build software across the backend, frontend, and internal AI tooling for a growing product. You will contribute to technical decisions and collaborate closely with the team to deliver reliable, scalable solutions. This role is well suited for someone who is comfortable working with ambiguity and enjoys ownership over their work.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build AI powered internal tools that improve engineering efficiency
• Build and maintain REST APIs in Python using Django REST Framework
• Build and maintain frontend applications using Next.js and TypeScript
• Write unit, integration, and end to end tests to support software quality
• Implement secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver on shared goals
• Contribute technical ideas and improvements beyond assigned tasks

Requirements

• C1 English or equivalent
• 3+ years of experience building production applications with Next.js and TypeScript
• 3+ years of backend development experience in Python, specifically with Django REST Framework
• Experience with PostgreSQL in production environments
• Experience with Docker, Docker Compose, and infrastructure as code such as Terraform
• Experience with cloud services, ideally AWS
• Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Experience writing unit, integration, and end to end tests
• Strong Git and GitHub practices, with an active public profile considered a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at high growth startups, consultancy or agency backgrounds are also welcome, provided there is demonstrated product ownership rather than delivery only work
• Experience building with LLMs or AI agents, including LangChain, RAG, or agentic systems
• Experience training AI models, including dataset curation, training pipelines, and evaluation benchmarks
• Experience building code generation or code editing tools
• A track record of improving development processes within a team
• A standout personal project, open source contributions, or an active public GitHub profile

Benefits

• Compensation: $5,000–$8,000 USD per month, depending on demonstrated ability and experience. Most placements to date have landed in the $5,000–$6,000 range. Higher figures are evaluated against a correspondingly higher technical bar.
