What we're looking for

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing projects' scope and its timelines with team of Developers spread across the globe, conduct daily stand-ups, retrospection meetings, facilitate effective collaboration across teams as needed, work with product managers / owners / stakeholders to groom and handle backlogs, ensure deliverables are done on-time with best quality.

Responsibilities

• Work with an exceptional team of engineers to deliver our blockchain initiatives and projects.
• Produce dashboards, roadmaps, plans and documentation to support project efforts, communicate status and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Run standup, workgroup meetings, identifying action items and addressing blockers to keep projects on track.
• Improve process inputs, streamline workflows and project management tools.

Are you the right person for this role?

The ideal candidate for us has:

• Minimum of 2+ years experience working as a technical project manager or similar role in Blockchain domain.
• Working knowledge of project and workstream management tools, importantly Github, Jira is optional.
• Tenacious, self starter who thrives in understanding the details of complex, cross-functional projects and can effectively distill into actionable project plans.   
• Superb organizational skills and an analytical view on maximizing productivity, with a focus on value and not getting caught up on process.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. 
• Eager to ask questions and understand business and product objectives.
• Inherently curious about how things work and the ability to self-educate when necessary.  
• Have the energy and patience to work in a dynamic environment and rapidly growing industry.
• You’re never tired of learning, you’re both an pro-active communicator and an eager listener
• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive alignment
• Ability to leverage data to inform and support critical decisions and make recommendations
• Prior experience working on distributed teams
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
