The Opportunity

To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for Full Stack Software Engineers to join our engineering teams.

As a Full Stack Engineer at Superhuman, you will play a critical role in building the next generation of AI agents that help people complete high-value workflows across the tools they use every day. You’ll develop end-to-end product experiences and the infrastructure needed to make these agents focused, reliable, and deeply integrated—helping us validate new opportunities and bring the most valuable ones to millions of users. In this role, you will:

• Start building and pushing code in your first week and ship impactful features in your first few months.

• Build full-stack AI agents that complete valuable, role-specific workflows across the tools customers use every day.

• Develop end-to-end experiences for agent workflows, from triggers and context gathering to user interactions and completed actions.

• Build and deepen connector capabilities—including reads, writes, authentication, administration, and observability—to support high-value customer workflows

• Prototype new agent experiences, test them with users, and use feedback and data to guide product and technical decisions.

• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and customer-facing teams to translate real customer needs into scalable solutions.

• Help establish reusable technical foundations and engineering practices that accelerate the development of future agents.

• Embrace a data-driven and experimentation-first culture.

Qualifications

• Is ready to tackle challenges across product, infrastructure, and integrations.

• Knows modern web development, API design, and testing tools.

• Has experience building, deploying, and debugging production systems at scale.

• Understands authentication, data flows, and integrations with third-party services.

• Is comfortable working with data and experimentation to inform decisions.

• Cares deeply about reliability, quality, and the end-user experience.

• Works independently, navigates ambiguity, and collaborates effectively across teams.

• Has a demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance, proactively manages tasks and priorities across multiple projects, analyzes and executes work efficiently, collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams, and thrives in fast-paced, results-driven environments
