Description
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models, including agentic AI systems and LLM-powered pipelines to solve business problems and improve product performance
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing, applying principles of inference and probability to generate actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Finance, etc.) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- Communicate complex findings clearly through presentations and visualizations, supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- BSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Bioinformatics, or a related field (MSc - advantage)
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying ML models into production environments
- Experience building AI agents and pipelines using frameworks (google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph)
- Familiarity with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt engineering best practices
- Proven experience with statistical modeling, inference, and probability theory
- Strong background in A/B testing and experimentation design
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in the gaming industry (advantage)
