Job Description:

With the rise of digital channels and upcoming partnerships, we would have access to a wealth of data that can help us better understand our clients, identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to inform business decisions and improve our business processes. The candidate is responsible for setting up a consolidated data hub, gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data, deriving insights from various sources such as customer databases, social media, and other relevant sources; build propensity model. He/she will also be responsible for developing reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to communicate insights to key stakeholders.

Preferred skills:

• Strong analytical skills and experience with statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning.

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

• Experience with marketing automation/CRM tools is a definite advantage.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data analysis concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Multi-tasking and strong collaboration skills.

• Proven track record in delivering business insights and solutions that drive business results.

• Experience providing campaign data execution support, including data management, segmentation, and reporting.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in business analytics, data analysis, statistics, or related field; preferably in financial industries.

• Candidate with less experience might be considered as Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business analytics strategies that align with the company's objectives and goals to drive business insights and outcomes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data analysis and develop solutions to complex business problems.

• Design, develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models to support data analysis, predictive analytics, data-driven decision making, and machine learning initiatives.

• Develop and maintain data visualization tools and improve data quality, accuracy, and completeness.

• Provide campaign data execution support, including data management, segmentation, and campaign reporting.

• Research and evaluate new technologies and techniques to improve business analytics capabilities.

• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics. Communicate insights and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders using visualizations, reports, and presentations.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in business analytics and related fields.
