  • The Head of Recruitment and Strategic Projects will drive the growth and success of our insurance agency by leading talent acquisition and spearheading high-impact strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for identifying top talent, developing recruitment strategies, and overseeing cross-functional projects that shape the future of our agency. This role is crucial for ensuring that we not only attract and retain the best agents and leaders but also innovate and optimize key business processes.

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

  • Bachelor’s degree in, Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Experience in Recruitment (organic and inorganic), Activation for new recruit, leading and develop high performing agency team.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, agency sales business and within insurance or financial services
  • A minimun of 8 years of experience in insurance industry

  • Recruitment Leadership: (1) Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top-tier sales agents, managers, and support staff. (2) Collaborate with leadership to understand hiring needs and define role requirements. (3) Build and manage a robust talent pipeline, ensuring the right people are in place to meet business objectives. (4) Leverage digital platforms, networks, and recruitment marketing strategies to source high-quality candidates. • Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within recruitment practices.

  • Strategic Projects Management: (1) Lead key business initiatives that align with company goals, focusing on efficiency, growth, and profitability. (2) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful execution of strategic projects. (3) Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, leveraging data-driven insights to recommend improvements. (4) Oversee the implementation of new processes and systems that enhance agency operations and talent management.

  • Performance and Reporting: (1) Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights to leadership. (2) Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, reporting on key milestones and outcomes. (3) Ensure alignment between recruitment outcomes and strategic business goals.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: (1) Act as the main point of contact between HR, operations, and leadership to ensure a cohesive recruitment and strategic project execution. (2) Foster a positive work environment, creating an employer brand that attracts top talent.
