Job Description:
Join us as a Data Technology Intern in our Sun Life Hong Kong business! This is a full-time Summer Internship (3 months from Jun - Aug 2025).
What will you do?
Prepare surveys, with guidance from data leads, to understand preferences of data producers and data consumers
Conduct surveys and tabulate the results, and share survey outcomes and learnings in structured format
Discuss the survey outcomes and learnings with the data leads, to arrive at actionable steps
Use consumer behavior and nudge theory methodologies to support incorporation of actionable steps in existing data governance framework
Support the roll out of the enhanced data governance framework
Key Requirements
Available for full time for 3 months, commencing from 1 June, 2025
Major in Business Administration, with a minor in a data related discipline
Strong skills in Consumer Behavior and Nudge Theory related research methods and ability to practically apply those methods to solve real world problems
Strong quantitative and reasoning skills to interpret patterns from disparate and unstructured real world consumer feedback and arrange/ present them logically
Fluent in English; fluency in Cantonese Language is beneficial
Has right to work in Hong Kong [visa & relocation assistance is not be sponsored]

Fast learner and demonstrates strong interest in consumer behavior and data
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Visio
Eager to contribute and take responsibility for your work and outcomes
