- Transform data into relevant insights and present them with recommendations for improvement
- Create and monitor relevant KPIs and visualizations, as well as give necessary maintenance to them
- Identify new sources of data that can be used to improve decision-making and operational efficiency
- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Manage and prioritize demands incoming from Operations stakeholders
- Actively participate in OKR discussions of the team and wider areas related to Operations
- Have advanced SQL
- Have relevant experience creating dashboards using data visualization tools (preferably Tableau)
