• Minimum 8 years of experience in Java development.
• Experience in building Microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to create architecture diagrams.
• Ability to independently run client meetings and provide direction to the team.
• Proficiency in DevOps/CI/CD pipeline and containerizing applications using Docker/Kubernetes.
• Experience with Content Management systems like Adobe/Sitecore or Headless CMS like Umbraco/Strapi/Contentful.

• Lead and inspire software development across various front and backend projects, including web applications, integrated architecture, and data processing/analytics platforms using Java.
• Manage, train, and mentor an engineering team of backend, frontend, and database developers.
• Ensure the skills and experience of the current team align with current organizational requirements and future needs.
• Collaborate with the team in hands-on development to guide architecture and deliver innovative solutions.
• Work with large data sets, fetching data from multiple sources, cleansing, parsing, storing, and building APIs for continuous data retrieval.
• Collaborate closely with master data management, data warehouse, and administration teams for effective data storage and management.
• Provide technical expertise to the development and support team.
• Coordinate with non-technology stakeholders to understand and deliver customer data at scale using appropriate technology and platforms.
• Work closely with Product Managers, Owners, and Head of technology to ensure delivery against agreed priorities.
• Establish and maintain consistent standards, best practices, and processes throughout the development team.
