  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement design, technical, and process improvements. Maintain and enhance the existing software platform.
  • Development process: Complement technical work with thorough documentation and take ownership of relevant documents and processes to support effective project execution and team success.

What are we looking for?

  • You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
  • Ideally, you bring 3-5 years of professional experience in C++ software development, including experience with Qt, preferably within a regulated industry.
  • You have hands-on experience with modern development tools and practices, including Visual Studio, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and issue tracking systems.
  • You are experienced across the full software development life cycle, including requirements definition, design, implementation, and verification & validation (V&V).
  • You are a proactive, self-driven, and reliable team player who thrives both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is considered a plus.
  • You communicate clearly and effectively and enjoy collaborating in an international, cross-functional environment.

Diversity is important to us. We welcome applications from people regardless of their ethnic, national or social origin, gender, disability, age or sexual identity.
