What You'll Do: 

As a Staff Fullstack Engineer, you will be instrumental in designing and delivering scalable, high-quality features across the entire stack. You’ll play a key role in technical decision-making and in leading complex projects from concept to release. 

• Lead Feature Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of features, from ideation and prototyping to testing and release, ensuring top quality and high impact. 
• Innovate with Technology: Leverage cutting-edge tools and methodologies to enhance our software’s robustness, performance, and user experience across both frontend and backend components. 
• Solve Complex Problems: Design and implement solutions that effectively address intricate use cases and meet real-world customer needs. 
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with a talented team, contributing to a collaborative and dynamic environment that fosters learning and growth. 

• 8+ years of fullstack development experience, with a strong understanding of both frontend and backend technologies, with an emphasis on high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. 
• Proven skills in testing, monitoring, and maintaining software products in production environments. 
• Strong software design and architectural skills, ensuring the development of scalable solutions aligned with business goals. 
• Experience with public cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure). 
• Product-focused with a pragmatic approach to achieving impactful results and delivering customer value. 
• Independent and adaptable, with a passion for learning and integrating new technologies. 
• Excellent communication skills, with a commitment to transparency and alignment with both immediate and long-term objectives.
