Are you a Software engineer (m/f/d) looking to create sophisticated applications that deliver real value? At stp.one, you will develop cloud solutions for insolvency management – technically versatile, professionally complex, and with a direct impact on practice.

Your workplace / location:
Work at one of our offices in Germany remotely from anywhere in Germany.
  • Independent implementation of complex development projects and user stories
  • Provide technical support for design and architecture in collaboration with the team and the Technical Lead
  • Develop clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure quality through unit testing
  • Support project planning and maintain close communication with the Product Triad (UX, Product Manager, Technical Lead) and other stakeholders
  • Mentor and coach software engineers
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues throughout the development lifecycle
  • Prepare technical documentation and design specifications

  • Frontend: Angular, TypeScript, C#/.NET, WPF, JavaScript
  • Backend: Microservices, ASP.NET Core, RESTful Services, Application Server C#/.NET, Entity Framework, WCF, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL
  • Environment: Windows, AWS, Mobile
  • Methodologies: Scrum, Scaled Agile, Pair Programming
  • Quality Management: TDD, DDD, Clean Code, Unit Testing, Test Automation, Acceptance Testing
  • Tools: JetBrains Rider, Visual Studio Code, GitHub Copilot, Azure DevOps, Git
  • Extensive professional experience in software development with a focus on modern technologies and architectural approaches
  • Strong expertise in C# (Backend) and Angular (Frontend)
  • Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL)
  • In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices
  • Independent, structured working style and strong IT affinity
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Digital Get-to-know: In a 20-minute conversation with our recruiter, we’ll discuss mutual expectations.
  • Digital Interview: Next, you’ll meet our Director of Engineering and dive deeper into technical topics and the role itself.
  • On-site Interview & Team Introduction: You’ll visit us at our headquarters in Karlsruhe, where we’ll conduct a technical deep dive based on an example together with one of our team members. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to gain more insights into our work environment and meet more colleagues.
