About the job

At Storyteq, our Creative Automation Platform generates over 100.000 videos and banners automatically on a weekly basis. To be able to do so, videos and banners, designed by our clients, must be adapted from open creative files into Dynamic Templates. This can be done by our clients themselves by using our in-house developed tools or, if they lack the time or expertise, by our Platform Services team.

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the knowledgeable connector. You are constantly multi-tasking and communicating with all kinds of stakeholders, from our own team of Creative Automation Experts to external editors or the top dogs of our enterprise clients. You'll remove blockers for your team and sync with all the relevant parties including the clients, the agencies, and other external stakeholders. Our client base is growing fast, with a focus on large enterprise companies. All of our clients deserve the best project managers that will plan a smooth ride and offer a fast time to value. You plan, monitor and manage projects, while being up to speed on all the technical details so everyone has what they need to do their job.

Key responsibilities:

  • You are in touch with clients and external parties and make sure we receive all the necessary input from them
  • You manage projects from initiation and planning to execution and delivery, while managing client expectations. Together with the other project managers, you keep track of the overall capacity planning
  • You set priorities and keep track of budget, hours and workflows, schedule and facilitate project kick-offs, stand-ups, lead implementations and retrospectives to provide ongoing transparency, and to spot room for improvement, proactively identifying issues and risks, providing timely escalation and acting upon it
  • You make sure you’re a Storyteq expert and stay up to speed with product updates

Besides fun to work with, you...

  • Have 3+ years of project management experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-to-enterprise-scale projects with complex global and/or multi-brand clients within an enterprise client-focused company focused on media, creative production, post-production, or similar.
    • Have a Bachelor’s degree
    • Have a hands-on mentality, proactive, responsible, solution-oriented, analytical mind applied to meet customers’ needs and expectations
    • Can manage a high volume, deadline-driven workload and handle the pressure that comes with that, while helping the project team stay focused and positive throughout the process
    • Are proficient in using reporting tools, project management tooling, and Excel
    • Are familiar with automation tools, and creative processes, and the terminology is a big plus.
    • Have a pulse of what we offer, even though the job is not commercial
    • Are a strong communicator who can bring clarity and structure to plans and projects
    • Have experience in managing / mentoring direct reports.
