YOUR ROLE
The main mission of the jobholder will be:
- Analysis of network, security and telecom architectures
- Infrastructure support and coordination
- Ensure on-call support to fix critical issues reported during non-business hours
- Participation to the new solutions definitions/POC with the architecture group
- Write and maintain technical documentation
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Degree in Computer Network, Engineer or equivalent.
- a minimum of 5 years of experience in network support
- Technical skills: solid skills in LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewall (Checkpoint, Palo Alto, ASA, Firepower, Fortinet, Juniper), supervision (HP NNM, Cisco Prime), DNS, DHCP, PABX.
- Sound knowledge of Cisco network and TOIP solutions (VSS, VRF, WLC, Call Manager), knowledge of the Alcatel environment appreciated. CCNE will be an advantage.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Other skills: Autonomous, rigorous and proactive. Motivated, curious, ready to invest in a long-term team on a human scale while enjoying the advantages of an international group.
- A good command of English is necessary for this position. Position is based in Muar site but requires interaction with engineers all over the globe.
