YOUR ROLE
Layout design for automation - To draw layout design for new projects
- To plan automation-driven layout for new line/factory and to optimize existing layout for automation
RPA – Robotic Process Automation
- To automate manual processes done by humans using software robot/AI
- To minimize manual day-to-day activities done by operators/technicians and replace with RPA
IoT - To maintain the Drybox project across the 6 sites
- Deploy new solution
- Update mac address in database
- Conduct oxygen trials if there is a change in the throttling of valves
- Troubleshoot IoT sensors which are down
Cybersecurity - To coordinate with site stakeholders in project deployments
- Track project is moving according to the timeline defined
- Deploy actions based on organization’s cybersecurity initiatives
YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
- Basic knowledge in Electronics, IoT skills, Coding - Python, C programming, Visual Basic (any of these languages are sufficient)
- Familiarity with Raspberry Pi
- Project management skills
- Basic IT skills - Microsoft office
- PowerBI, Power Automate
- Basic hardware knowledge is good - soldering, joining wires, breadboards, etc.
- RPA, Cybersecurity knowledge is an added advantage
