Semiconductor Fabs have been getting smarter and smarter over the past 30 years. It’s a natural evolution - the direct outcome of numerous continuous-improvement efforts. The really important difference on the road to smarter Fabs, the one change that’s enabling the Industry 4.0 revolution, is the concept of a cyber-physical system or real time Data Warehouse. Real time Data Warehouse easily combines and organizes all of the complex factory data required to visualize and simulate the real-time factory conditions. This data is used to power critical applications such as Factory Scheduling enabling optimal WIP movement and management throughout the factory.

YOUR ROLE 

In accordance with the company's global road map, you will be in charge of leading the deployment of real time Data Warehouse and connected applications across all the factories of the company. To do this, you will be in close contact with the BE and FE Operations partners, Support Functions, DTIT, and the software solution providers whose coordination you must ensure.

Your drive the expert community and the action plan to reach in all manufacturing Operations a high rate of wip flow automatized scheduling, enabling productivity, cycle time and predictability improvements.

You support the Operations in their transformation journey toward driven manufacturing, defining information system with real time data reporting and full Fab scheduling.

• Identify the different data sources in the site's information systems
• Draft the Scope Of Works to identify the project scope with the Fab and the supplier
• Draft the new functional requirements reported by the users (User Requirement Definition) 
• Animate the project kickoff meetings
• Animate the Obeya to monitor all project actions in order to ensure adherence to the project schedule, to identify and address blocking points as quickly as possible
• Facilitate interactions with the various specialists involved in the project: end users, Industrial Engineering, DTIT, supplier...
• Facilitate workshops between multiple sites to ensure the harmonization of deployments and the standardization of developments, as well as exchanges between the different project teams
• Set up and monitor project KPI

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Master degree in computer science, data science, industrial engineering
• 5 years in a semiconductor Fab
• Project management
• Ability to work in a team / communicate / listen
• Adaptability to different situations
• Spirit of curiosity, innovation
• Observation / analysis / diagnosis
• Thoroughness / autonomy / synthesis
• English business proficiency
• Italian speaker is a plus
